These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Joyward mobile application (“Joyward,” “the App”), operated by Capicua LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using Joyward immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Joyward.
We may remove or block accounts that do not meet this requirement.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information

• Keep your login credentials secure

• Use Joyward only for lawful and respectful purposes

• Immediately report any harmful or abusive behavior you encounter

3. Prohibited Content & Zero-Tolerance Policy

You agree NOT to post, upload, create, or share any content that is:

• Objectionable, offensive, or inappropriate

• Abusive, harassing, or threatening

• Hateful or discriminatory

• Violent or dangerous

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or suggestive

• Illegal or promoting illegal activities

• Intended to spam, scam, or deceive others

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently eject users without notice if they violate these Terms.

4. Moderation, Report & Block

Joyward includes tools to help maintain a safe environment.

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the “Report” feature to flag content that violates these guidelines

• Use the “Block” feature to stop interactions with problematic users

• Understand that reports may lead to content removal or account suspension

We may take any action necessary to keep the community safe, including removal of posts and disabling accounts.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create.
By posting it, you grant us a limited license to store and display it within the App.

You are fully responsible for anything you post.

We may remove any content that violates these Terms or poses a safety risk.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the App.
Once deleted:

• Your personal data is removed or anonymized according to our Privacy Policy

• Your posts may no longer be visible to other users

• This action cannot be undone

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of Joyward is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

• What personal data we collect

• How we use and store it

• Your rights as a user

8. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time.

We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated version.

9. Limitation of Liability

Joyward is provided “as is.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for user-generated content

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

• We are not responsible for harm caused by misuse of the App

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
